Forest Manager – North Scotland

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Forest Manager to manage an existing portfolio of clients’ forests and estate woodlands and to build up this portfolio through new woodland creation and expansion of services. Working from our office in Bogallan, just north of Inverness, you will have sound technical forestry knowledge and an understanding of commercial business practice, legislation, and relevant current issues. As an integral part of our professional management team, using communication and computer skills, including GIS, you will undertake forest management and woodland establishment on a range of properties, including tasks such as budgeting, operations planning and implementation, contract management, supervision, grant applications and the management of health and safety.

Senior Forest Manager – South Scotland

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Forest Manager to oversee and work with the team in South Scotland, based out of our Dumfries Office. Reporting to the Director, you will take ownership of the South Scotland area and strive for success. This will involve providing service and reporting to the company’s client base, and expanding this by working with the Business Development team to help grow the business and develop our offering. The role also includes managing finances to ensure that the centre remains profitable and cost-effective. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and UKFS/UKWAS standards at all times.
